After less than two years on LinkedIn, I have over 600 connections.<br><br>According to all the LinkedIn experts, I'm doing terribly. Really badly.<br>But I don't agree with that. I don't collect followers. Or connections.<br><br>I prefer to make a genuine connection. <br><br>Some people never respond to my posts on social media, but quietly follow me because my work touches them. That's fine too. That's valuable too. That's also a connection.<br><br>I meet others online and later also offline. Sometimes this results in a sale or purchase (which is great, of course). But it always leads to a pleasant encounter.<br><br>And that is precisely what matters to me.<br>Not about numbers. Not about quantity.<br>But for quality.<br><br>So\u2026 are you watching?<br>Or are you really watching?<br>In both cases: let's connect.<br><br>Because genuine connection is more valuable than any number.
