Three hours later, the first two pieces had been sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I can well understand that. For the first time in four years, a number of selected works are (temporarily) available this week at prices with a discount of up to 35%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, a piece that normally costs \u20ac1,850 is now, for example, temporarily on sale for \u20ac1,295. \u2018Reflections\u2019 is also now available for \u20ac5,500 instead of \u20ac6,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well\u2026 if it\u2019d already caught your eye\u2026 if you were already having second thoughts\u2026 I can see why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But listen. This is only for one week, and for now it\u2019s exclusively for my newsletter subscribers. After that, the offers will be open to everyone for a few more days, and then that\u2019s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meantime, I\u2019m working on various commissions. I\u2019m continuing to work on the new series \u2018Strings Attached\u2019 and on a completely new series of abstract works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I\u2019m going to start organising the delivery of the works that have been sold. Whoop whoop! I really love that\u2026 I meet some people when they come to view a piece, get to know others whilst working on a commission, and meet some only when I deliver a piece following an online purchase. It\u2019s always lovely!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lovely things now, for you. Lovely things are on the way. And just to be clear: I need some space. But next time? I think I\u2019ll look for a bigger studio. Or will I ever do it again? No idea.
