A fragment of her face. She looks at you. Even though you only see one side of her face; part of her nose, just that bit of lip, one eye and some contours; you feel her smile. Her energy radiating warmth.
Her hair is full. Constructed of pinned, knotted threads, carefully placed by hand, with small, subtle purple and brown highlights.
From a distance, you see a vivid portrait. Graphic like a painting. Up close, you see the thick threads, the depth and feel the texture.
Big, Bold and Beautiful is framed in a light wooden blank frame. A unique work that asks you to come closer. It also draws you in again and again without you noticing. Like an invisible thread.
